There is no official confirmation yet but dealing with the tax programs we have realised that in 2012 Murcia Government has reduced drastically the Minimum Market Value of most of the properties in the Murcia Region. This is something that we were all asking for a long time ago because, as you know, they were using unrealistic prices and creating many unfair situations.
This reduction of the prices is going to benefit all the consumers and all the professionals working in the real estate market.
